Authentic Heritage & Story
Patil Kaki Rava Ladoo is one of the Indian sweets that is very popular and made with fine semolina (rava or suji), pure Amul ghee, sugar, and flavored with cardamom powder. The semolina is roasted in ghee at very low temperature until its color changes to golden and the rich, nutty smell is released. Apart from this, the mixture of roasted cashews and raisins is added to it, thus its taste and texture are enhanced. Then powdered sugar is mixed up with it after roasting, and warm milk is poured in to bind the mixture. Soft and fragrant mixture is then formed into round ladoos with care, thus indicating the homemade quality and authentic traditional recipe.
Patil Kaki has made it a point that these ladoos are made without any artificial additives thus preserving their natural taste and quality. Besides having melt-in-the-mouth texture, Rava Ladoos by Patil Kaki are widely known and preferred during the festive season, religious ceremonies, or simply as a daily special treat.
Storage Instruction
In order to keep them fresh, the ladoos should be stored in an airtight container in a cool and dry place which is away from moisture and direct sunlight.
