1. Where We Deliver
We proudly ship to 80+ countries around the world, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, Finland, Belgium, Denmark, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Japan, Mauritius, Oman, Dubai, Qatar, Singapore, the UAE, and many more. You can check availability for your specific country at checkout by selecting your delivery destination.

2. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team gets to work carefully picking, checking, and packing your items, usually within 1–2 business days. During festive seasons or major sale events, processing may take slightly longer, and we'll let you know if there's any unexpected delay.
3. Delivery Timelines
International deliveries depend on your destination country, local customs processes, and the shipping carrier used. You'll receive email updates at every key stage, order confirmation, dispatch, and delivery, so you're never left wondering where your package is.
Express shipping options may be available at checkout for select destinations, at an additional cost, for those moments when a craving simply cannot wait.
4. Shipping Charges
“Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery destination, order weight, and total order value, and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.”
We're happy to offer free shipping on orders above a minimum value, which varies by destination country. The applicable threshold for your country will be shown in your cart as you shop, so you may just be a few items away from free delivery.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Because we ship globally, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees levied by your country's customs authority upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local government.
We recommend checking your country's customs guidelines for personal imports of food and grocery items before ordering, especially for larger orders. We package and declare all shipments accurately and honestly to help this process go smoothly.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey in real time. If you have any trouble accessing tracking information, our support team is just an email or call away.
7. Delivery Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address, apartment/unit number, postal code, and contact number before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect address information provided at checkout. If you spot an error shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately, we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
8. Missed or Failed Deliveries
If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, our shipping partner will typically attempt redelivery or leave instructions for rescheduling or collection. Please follow the carrier's guidance closely, as unclaimed packages may be returned to us after a certain number of attempts.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, or if your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within a reasonable time at info@shopindianproducts.com. We'll work with our shipping partner to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
10. Restricted & Perishable Items
Certain products (such as items with specific customs restrictions in your country) may not be available for shipping to all destinations. Where this applies, it will be indicated on the product page or communicated during checkout. We take care in packaging perishable and fragile items, such as ghee, sweets, and pickles, to minimise any risk of damage in transit.
