Order Processing

We usually proceed with the orders and handover to the courier companies within the first 24 hours to 4 business days (official work days) except for certain holidays. Shipping time depends on destination and shipping method at checkout. We take all the measures to ensure that your order is shipped as soon as properly. Once you place the order, our team starts processing it in real time and makes sure that it reaches the shipping partner within a maximum of 3 to 4 days.

Payment & COD

Please note that we do not have cash-on-delivery options available. All orders must be paid in advance. We offer secure and multiple payment options. So, you can choose to pay as per your convenient method.

Cancellations & Issues

Please note that, once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. So kindly order accordingly. We send an alternative product if the customer receives a wrong, expired, defective or incomplete product. This is done after due verification of the claim of the product issue as reported by the customer.
