• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.

4. Products, Pricing & Availability

• We work hard to describe our products: Spices, snacks, sweets, staples, wellness items, and puja essentials and other products as accurately as possible, but slight variations in packaging, weight, or appearance may occur, especially with handcrafted or regionally sourced goods.
• All prices are listed in the currency shown on the site based on your delivery destination and are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged will be the one displayed at the time you place your order.
• Occasionally, a product may sell out faster than our stock counter updates. If this happens after you've ordered, we'll let you know promptly and offer a refund or a suitable alternative.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue any product at our discretion, particularly to prevent bulk resale or fraud.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is your offer to purchase, which we accept once we confirm and process your order via email. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions to your location, in which case, you'll receive a full refund for that order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL for your security. By providing payment information, you confirm that you're authorised to use the chosen payment method.
