Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Shop Indian Products, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that you may wish to change your decision after placing an order. Hence, for returns or cancellations, please go through our cancellation and returns policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Faulty items (full refund)
  • Wrong or incomplete product received
  • Unused items in original packaging

Not Eligible for Return

  • Healthcare items
  • Food products and perishable goods
  • Items that are used or partially consumed
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Cancellations after shipment or delivery

Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. To cancel, please contact our support team at support@shopindianproducts.com. After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped or received, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible to return the product as outlined in our Return Policy.

Return Policy

Return Window: Return requests may be initiated within 2 days of delivery if you no longer wish to keep the product(s). Process: Contact support@shopindianproducts.com to request a return. Then go to “My Orders” under your account to find the return shipping address. Ship the product back in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 4-5 business days. Refunds are issued for the product value; however, healthcare items, food products, and perishable goods are non-returnable due to safety and hygiene reasons.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, Shop Indian Products will issue a full refund. Please contact us at support@shopindianproducts.com within 2 days of delivery with valid proof of the damage (e.g., photos or videos). We review these on a case-by-case basis.

Policy Notes

No Exchanges: Shop Indian Products does not offer product exchanges or replacements. Abuse: We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who abuse the return process and may permanently ban such customers from our services.
