Cothas Coffee Nova Blend Pure Filter Coffee Powder

This is a pure filter coffee powder prepared as the Nova Blend. It contains 100 percent roasted and ground coffee with no chicory added. The powder is suitable for preparing decoction in a standard metal filter and has a dark colour with a strong aroma that comes from pure coffee beans.

The blend is made for those who prefer pure coffee without any chicory for their traditional South Indian filter coffee. It can be prepared with hot water to get a decoction that mixes well with milk. The powder is packed to help retain its aroma until the pack is opened.

Everyday Coffee Preparation

Many people keep a pack of pure coffee powder at home for morning or evening coffee. This Nova Blend can be used to prepare traditional filter coffee. It works well when mixed with hot milk and sugar according to personal taste. The powder is suitable for regular household use.

A small amount of powder is usually enough for one or two cups. The product is intended for preparing coffee as a beverage.

How to Use

Take the required quantity of coffee powder and place it in the upper chamber of a traditional South Indian coffee filter. Pour hot water over the powder and allow the decoction to drip into the lower chamber. Once the decoction is ready, mix it with hot milk and sugar if desired. The powder can also be used in other coffee makers or brewing methods as preferred. Always use a clean and dry spoon to take the powder from the pack.

Storage Instructions

Store the pack in a cool and dry place. Keep it away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. After opening, close the pack tightly or transfer the powder into an airtight container. Avoid storing near strong smelling items. Keep the product out of reach of children.

Shelf Life and Usage Notes

Refer to the date printed on the pack for the exact shelf life. Ground coffee is best used within a few months after opening while the aroma remains strong. The product is for preparing coffee only. Do not use if the pack is damaged or if the powder shows unusual changes in smell or colour.
