The CareQue Parijat Seeds come from the Nyctanthes arbor-tristis tree. These small brown seeds have a very delicate aroma of wood and when wet, they exude a very thin mucilage. The mucilage is very thin and it swells a little bit when it comes in contact with the fluids. They are stored in the kitchen like a regular spice and they are used for enriching teas and basic preparations. The subdued taste mixes well with honey, spices, or simply with water. The soluble content gives a delicate binding in the blends.
The seeds maintaining very low energy value become part of the routine. Mucilage layer is highly effective in keeping moisture trapping steadily.
