Storage instruction

The masala has a high affinity for capturing and preserving extreme odour spices and moisture to the detriment of the masala product. Please use before the date listed on the exterior of the pouch.
How to use
Enjoy a delightful brewed chai masala beverage. Prepare the chai masala drink by bringing 3/4 of a cup of water to a boil. Add 1-2 of your favorite loose leaf or powdered or 1/4 cup black tea bag to the water. Add a pinch of Magan Chai Masala and 1-2 small pieces of a freshly grated ginger root for a delicious hit of ginger. Add 1/4 cup with any type of milk or milk substitute and 1 tea spoon of your favorite sugar and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. During simmering, the tea will darken in color.
Pour into a cup and enjoy while warm. If you're looking for a stronger kick, try adding more masala next time. You can easily adjust the proportions to make anywhere from 1 to 4 servings. To maintain the best aroma, store the package in a dry area, and use it before the best before date.
