How to Use:
To prepare, cook 200g of rice and set aside. Sauté 250g of brinjal and 100g of vegetables with a pinch of turmeric in 1 tbsp of edible vegetable oil. Add 3 tbsp (40g) of GRB's Vangi Bhath powder, tamarind extract, salt to taste, and jaggery if desired. Season with cooking oil, mustard, gram dal, cashew nuts, and green chilli. Add fried copra and cooked rice, mix well, and serve hot.
