Dadu's Suryakala

Dadu's Suryakala is an Indian sweet that resembles the sun when made. It is a golden, sun-shaped, flaky sweet with an outer layer made from fried flour. The inside is a smooth filling made from khoya mixed with a variety of different nuts. Each sweet has a rich, nutty flavor and is lightly coated in sugar syrup.
