Authentic Heritage & Story
Dadu's Special Motichoor Dry Fruit Laddu is a dessert made of small gram flour boondi pearls, which are soaked in sugar syrup, mixed with the nuts that are chopped for the extra bite, and then formed into soft round balls. The whole thing is a melt-in-mouth experience thanks to pure ghee, with the flavour of cardamom and saffron providing the aroma. The bright yellow color comes from tiny drops of gram flour that are fried until crisp and then ground until smooth. Its mix of a crumbly outside and soft inside gives a unique sweetness, making it a popular choice for family get-togethers.
