Authentic Heritage & Story

Dadus Mithai Vatika Bombay Mixture is a dry mixture made of sev, peanuts, and lentils(masoor dal) and is the most popular snack of Hyderabad, along with the rest of India. The mixture is made up of thin and crunchy sev, fried peanuts, lentils, and nuts, which are all flavoured with gentle spices. The combination of frying and seasoning has made the mix fresh and non-sticky. The piece sizes range from fine sev strands to whole nuts, thus giving every bite different textures.

Storage Instructions:

The product should be stored in a cool and dry place, which is free from direct sunlight and moisture. After opening, use an airtight container to keep the sev fresh and crispy. Please, avoid refrigeration lest the pieces become soggy. Always check for any unpleasant smell or softness before consumption.

How to Use:

Make a bowl of namkeen for tea breaks, parties, or as a side with meals. It pairs well with coffee, soft drinks, or curd rice. The shelf life of the product is from 15-20 days, depending on storage. Use it for sharing at local club meetings or pack it for the next trip.
