BHPI Bharat Talmakhana Seeds are small black ovals with hard shells and a faint grassy scent. When immersed in liquid, these seeds enlarge and form a sticky layer around each seed. They have a mild sweet-nutty flavor that gets lost in the mixture. Size is kept very small for an even spread in blends. A dry pack keeps them apart and ready to pour.
