Authentic Heritage & Story
Baidyanath (Nagpur) Triphala Juice is extracted from Haritaki, Bibhitaki, and Amla fruits through hydraulic pressing, and then the resulting juices are mixed together in pre-defined proportions. The fruits are first purified and selected they are checked, and the bad ones are thrown out so only the very best go into the process. Each fruit is separately ground to release its juice, which is then filtered to remove the seeds and coarse fibers. These juices of single fruits are mixed to one a homogeneous juice of Triphala.
The common tint is in the shade of greenish brown as a result of the blending of dyes and pulps from all three fruits. The flavor is sour and a bit astringent; it is the natural taste of the fruits without any sugar or flavoring added on top. After blending, the juice is subjected to ultra-fine filters to obtain a velvety texture that flows easily from the bottle. It is then bottled and sealed so that the flavor and visual aspect remain unaltered until use.
