Authentic Heritage & Story
Baidyanath's Ayurvedant Detox Kahwa Green Tea Bags contain whole green tea leaves, together with dried spices, rolled into tea leaves. The green leaves are dried and fired, then twisted tightly into balls or rolled into different shapes depending on production. Dried ginger is made very small and crisp for the tea blend. Fresh tulsi leaves are dried in such a way that they become small green flakes. Lemon peel is dried after its zest has been ground to a good fineness. Seeds from cardamom pods are grounded very roughly after the pods have been split open. Cinnamon bark is rolled very tightly and then cut into thin slices. Cloves are either kept whole or split to half for better release of their aroma. After these processes, the blend is filled into paper bags by machines and sealed with tags.
The dry mixture consists of green leaves and small brown spice parts. Water, which is at the boiling point goes to the bag and quickly draws out yellow colors. First, the spices and then their scents come up with the rising steam during steeping. Take out the bag after minutes for a smooth flow of tea without any grounds. This bag arrangement reduces the cleaning work, thus enabling quick cups. The paper used for making the tea bags allows flavors to come out while keeping the leaves in. Each bag has the same fill for brewing strength. The flavor profile starts from the base tea, goes through the ginger bite, and up to the sweet and creamy finish.
