In the case of this production, Karela and Jamun are first fermented to bring out their respective essence and finally pressed to yield their potent, thick, syrup-like, and very sweet-tasting juices.
The combination of Karela and Jamun fruits ensures that the natural sweetness comes only from the fruits, Karela's sharpness being slightly softened by the mild notes of the fruit Jamun. Freshness is captured in a bottling very close to mixing, and a quick shake before use will help in the even blending of any settled parts.
