The Baidyanath Ayurved Giloy Tulsi Juice is made mainly from the stems of the Giloy plant and the leaves of the Tulsi plant. The stems are then crushed to extract the juice, and the same is done to the Tulsi leaves for their liquid. The two juices are then combined to make the final product. No sugar is added, and thus the taste remains the same as that of the plants. The mixture has a light green color due to both. After mixing, it is then strained to remove any small bits, so that the juice is poured smoothly every time.
Prior to using the product, give it a shake to mix everything thoroughly. To facilitate its longevity, store it in a cool, dry place and out of the light. The process goes with the flow as the two plants are used in equal parts. At home, you only need to add water instead of making it from scratch. The steps from plant to bottle remain short and the same each time. Giloy gives it a little weight and Tulsi a touch of warm spice. The result is a juice that fits easily into your daily routine.
