Authentic Heritage & Story
Azamdeal Kanocha Beej are small seeds from dried Kanocha plants in India. These seeds are brown, oval-shaped, and look like tiny beads. They have a hard, smooth shell and feel very firm to the touch. When you open the pack, you can smell a very light nutty scent. The seeds come inside pods and are easy to clean. They are dried naturally under the sun, just like farmers used to do. There are no additives or dust, and all seeds are whole without cracks.
Kanocha plants grow tall with big green leaves. The leaves help make large pods full of seeds. Farmers pick the ripe pods, take out the seeds, and dry them in the sun. The seeds keep their oval shape and shiny brown color. When you open the pouch, you see rows of smooth brown seeds with no spots. The nutty smell comes from the plant itself. The pack shows the weight and is light enough to fit in jars easily.
After the petals have withered and fallen off, seeds begin to develop inside pods. The pod, along with the seed inside, becomes very dry and crispy as a result of being exposed to direct sunlight and high temperatures. The shopindianproducts cover provides an excellent defence for the bags, which allows for easy transfer of the seeds. The air is permeated by the earthy scent. The seeds can be stored on a shelf that is dry shelf. A constant supply of fresh seeds is provided by the company throughout the year. The wide green leaves and hanging pods indicate the location of the plants easily. When the pods are dry, the seeds pop out. The seeds are collected by hand in a very gentle manner. The pouch not only keeps the seeds fresh but also gives them a cozy place to stay. These seeds are tough and ideal for both cooking and snacking.
