Almond House Bandar Laddu (MAP), an Indian sweet, is traditionally composed of four main ingredients: roasted gram flour (besan), jaggery, pure ghee (clarified butter), and cardamom powder. The main ingredient in the sweet is a traditional ceremonial cake made of besan, sugar, ghee, and cardamom. Its creamy and sweet flavor comes from jaggery, which is the only sugar used in making the product. Ghee adds an extra layer of flavor to the laddu and the effect of its moist, rich texture that is very pleasant to linger on your taste buds for a while.
First quality dry fruits like almonds, cashew nuts, and raisins are usually put on top of the sweetie so to speak. Storage instruction
