How to Use
Indulge in the delicious Sichuan Gravy with the following recipe for Chicken Sichuan/Paneer Sichuan:
- Marinate 250g boneless chicken or paneer dice with 1 egg, 1 tsp cornflour, salt, and pepper. Fry until golden brown.
- Mix 135g (half bottle) of Veeba Sichuan Gravy with an equal amount of water in a bowl.
- Saute onion, bell peppers, and spring onion in a pan until brownish-pink.
- Add prepared chicken/paneer and saute, then add the gravy mix. Bring to boil and simmer.
- Chicken Sichuan/Paneer Sichuan is ready to be served.
- For dry Chicken Sichuan/Paneer Sichuan, remove water, add Veeba Sichuan Gravy directly to sauteed veggies, and toss with chicken/paneer on low flame.
