Ingredients:
- Dry Mango Powder
- Cumin
- Coriander
- Chilli
- Black Salt
- Black Pepper
- Salt
- Pomegranate Seeds
- Sugar
- Bay Leaf
- Cinnamon
- Ajwain
- Dry Ginger
- Cloves
- Black Cardamom
- Kasoori Methi
How to Use:
Enhance your culinary skills with Valley Spice Select Chhole Masala. Follow these easy steps for a mouthwatering dish:
- Soak 200g Chhole (Bengal gram) overnight in 500ml water.
- Heat 50ml cooking oil in a large pan & fry 125g chopped onion till it's golden brown.
- Add 1 tbsp Valley Spice Red Chilli Powder- Hot & Bold & Coriander Powder.
- Add 25g Valley Spice Chhole Masala, fry for 3 min on low flame.
- Add 120g chopped tomatoes, 5g finely sliced ginger, 2 pieces of slit green chillies into the paste & add salt (to taste).
- Add cooked Chhole & stir.
- Add 100ml water, cook for 5-7 min.
- Add ½ tbsp. Kasoori Methi.
- Serve it hot with roti/ rice.
