How to Use

For eggless cake:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C (356 degrees F).
  2. Grease a 7-inch pan and line with oil/butter and dust with flour. (Lining with butter paper is optional)
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add 100ml (1/2 cup) of milk and Timios Cake Mix. Beat for 3 minutes.
  4. Add 28ml (2tbsp) of oil and beat for 2 minutes until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the pan and bake at 180 degrees C (356 degrees F) for 20 to 25 minutes.
  6. The cake is ready when a fork or toothpick comes out clean. Allow it to cool before removing it from the pan.

For a cake with egg:

1 Egg + 30ml (2tbsp) Oil + Cake Mix + 50ml Water

In step 3: Replace milk with 1 egg and whisk it. Use 30ml (2tbsp) of oil. Add 50ml of water or more till you get a smooth cake batter consistency.

For Muffins:

Grease the muffin moulds and fill 1/2 of each cup with the prepared batter. Bake at 180 degrees C (356 degrees F) for 20 to 25 minutes.
