Ingredients:
- Ingredients: Rava, Rice, Mustard, Cashew nuts, Green Chilli, common salt, Bbngal gram dal.
- HOW TO USE: Mix 1 measure of Swastik Rava Idli Mix with 1⁄2 measure of sour curd. After 2 minutes, add 1 measure more of sour curd and mix well to form batter. Mix finely chopped coriander leaves to the batter. Garnish with tomato / carrot slices. After 2 to 3 minutes, steam batter in an idli cooker/vessel for 10-12 minutes. For Microwave: Use a microwave oven and steam the idlis for 3 to 4 minutes using a microwave safe vessel. Serve hot with Coconut chutney, Potato sagu or Sambar, korma etc as a breakfast or as a snack.
- Once opened transfer the content in an airtight container.
- Use dry spoon
- Store in cool, dry place
