How to Use:

Fry the paste in the oil for 3 minutes on all sides. Now add 1 cup of yoghurt and ½ cup of water. Drop the potatoes and allow them to simmer for 10 minutes until the mixture thickens. Then cover and put to slow dum for 10 more minutes. Serve with rice or naan. The shelf life is 12 months from the date of packaging, dry store.
