Kubal Pav Bhaji Masala is a high-grade red powder that harmoniously combines various spices for preparing Mumbai-style dishes. Among the spices that make it up are: chilli, coriander, black pepper, cumin, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, badiyan, poppy seeds, clove, cassia, stone flower, black cardamom, clove leaf, tej patta, dry mango, dry ginger, black salt, and nakesher. All of these pass through the process of roasting and grinding and thus are powdered.
Storage Instructions:
Store Kubal Pav Bhaji Masala in a cool and dry place protected from the sun and heat. Prefer glass or metal airtight jars. Keep it away from stove areas and damp places.
How to Use:
Butter or oil in a frying pan should be melted or heated, and onions must be fried until they become transparent. Add ginger-garlic paste and diced tomatoes, and simmer till they become soft. Then add chilli powder, turmeric, and 1 tablespoon of Kubal Pav Bhaji Masala per 500g of vegetables. Combine boiled and mashed potatoes, peas, cauliflower, and capsicum with water. Add salt, and cook for 10-15 minutes until thickened. Garnish with coriander and butter pieces. Serve with buttered pav and a side of lemon and onion. The shelf life of the product is 12 months from the date of packing.
