Ingredients:
- Milk Solids (52%)
- Sugar
- Cardamom Powder
- Tartaric Acid (E330)
How to Use:
Step - 1
Add ghee & milk: Empty the contents of the pack into a karahi/deep fry pan. Add 200ml lukewarm milk and 2 teaspoons pure ghee. Blend well.
Step - 2
Stir n Boil: Cook on low flame, stirring continuously for about 10 minutes until the mixture thickens and does not stick to the side of the karahi/deep fry pan.
Step - 3
Pour & Set: Pour and set in a small tray of approximately 10cm in length, 10cm wide, and 4cm height, lightly greased with oil or ghee. Kalakand will set in approximately 30 minutes at room temperature. Store in a clean, cool, dry place, free from moisture, insects, pests, strong odors, sunlight & dust.
