Jalebis are traditionally served with a generous portion of flavored and condensed milk, such as chilled Gits Rabdi, creating a heavenly combination. Gits dessert ready mixes are crafted using the finest ingredients, allowing you to make fantastic homemade Indian sweets with the suggested recipes.

Ingredients:

  • Wheat Flour (64%)
  • Urad Daal (Split Black Gram Flour)
  • Bakery Shortening (Palmolein Oil, Sesame Oil)
  • Sodium Bicarbonate (E500(iii))
  • Citric Acid (E330)
  • Permitted antioxidants E320

How to Use:

Step - 1:

  1. Mix contents of the pack with 125ml water.
  2. Stir to a smooth batter.
  3. Pour into Gits Jalebi maker or alternatively in thick cloth with a small hole.

Step - 2:

  1. Heat 250g edible oil or ghee in a shallow pan.
  2. Hold the nozzle of the Jalebi maker just above the surface of the oil.
  3. Squeeze to make a 3 1/2 circle with the batter starting from the center and sealing the end in the last half-round.

Step - 3:

  1. Deep fry on medium heat till crisp and golden. Immerse Jalebis in warm sugar syrup for 29 seconds.
  2. Serve hot or cold.
  3. Store in a clean, cool, dry place, free from moisture, insects, pests, strong odors, sunlight & dust.
