Authentic Heritage & Story

Dadus Mithai Vatika Banana Pepper Chips is a product that mainly consists of the thin slices of raw banana that have been deep-fried until golden in colour and crisp, then tossed with black pepper for a mild spicy kick. Every chip delivers a crunch that highlights the natural sweetness of the banana, combined with pepper's sharp bite. Pieces are separate and do not get soggy when stored properly. Made in limited quantities, they have the fresh-from-the-kadai experience you get from local shops in Hyderabad.

Storage Instructions:

Seal the pack tightly and keep it in a cool, dry place protected from the sun or moisture. After opening, use an airtight container to maintain the crunch. Do not put it in the fridge, as it can make them soft due to the extra moisture. Sometimes they may not be so crisp; in that case, take them out of the box, spread them on a plate, and place them in a warm oven for a few minutes at low heat. With proper storage, the pack can last for months without any change in taste.

How to Use:

Simply open the pack and eat, not just with chai or coffee, but any time as an instant snack serving. Take curd rice or sambar and have the side crunch from meals. For parties, take the snack, or pack it in your bag for travel. Shelf life, if stored properly, is up to 6 months from the pack date.

Brand Details:

Dadus Mithai Vatika was founded in 1993 in Hyderabad. Starting with a small shop that was selling laddus, it became an empire of several outlets throughout the city that now produce sweets and namkeens to serve the masses. The main focus is on making fresh batches using traditional methods, which is quite authentic, offering both sweet and salty snacks, the salty ones being namkeens.
