Boyo High On Protein Sprout Seed Mix is made up of tiny seeds that are intended to be germinated at home. These seeds are characterized by their smooth and light colors, which facilitate water absorption and lead to the formation of small green shoots in a matter of days. The sprouts produce a snap when bitten, combined with mild earthy flavors, which are distributed evenly. Each sprout is a combination of firm and soft textures that require little chewing.
Very fast cleaning time extracts very fresh and clean odor immediately. Seeds sprout in parallel hence the mixing gives the same length and bite for all. They do not lose their shape and do not become soft. Small pieces of different seeds bring to light slight variations in the texture per serving. The finished sprouts have a meaty taste and next to it a plain little flavor which is just very mild and that can only be perceived if the sprouts are eaten straight away.
Storage Instruction
Keep it in a cool and dry place which is not directly exposed to sunlight. After you open the pack please seal it tightly to keep it fresh.

How To Use
In the evening soak the seeds in the water, next day rinse them and drain them every day until the shoots are ready. Sizes in salads, wraps, or rice. Add to soups right before serving.
